Casedo Error Codes
We have made a list of the error codes, their explanation and their solutions.
Error – 600 General app error
MEANING = Unspecified error with Casedo
SOLUTION = Reset your Application Data by following the instructions HERE.
Error – 601 No internet error
MEANING = Can’t connect to internet. Casedo needs to occasionally connect to internet to make sure the license key is valid.
SOLUTION = Connect to internet, or contact the support team.
Error – 602 Subscription connection error
MEANING = An error within Casedo.
SOLUTION = Contact the support team.
Error – 603 Subscription invalid error
MEANING = No valid subsciption
SOLUTION = Reset your Application Data by following the instructions HERE.
Error – 605 Offline expired error
MEANING = Unspecified error within Casedo.
SOLUTION = Reset your Application Data by following the instructions HERE.
Error – 606 Trial expired error
MEANING = This could either mean your trial period has ended, or it could also be an internal error.
SOLUTION = Renew your license or reset your Application Data by following the instructions HERE.
Error – 607 Subscription cancelled error
MEANING = The subscription may be cancelled, its mainly due to an error.
SOLUTION = Get a new subscription or contact the support team.
Error – 608 Subscription failed error
MEANING = Cannot connect to the server.
SOLUTION = Try again in an hour, or contact the support team.
Error – 609 Cannot convert document error
MEANING = The word document you are trying to import might have an error in it.
SOLUTION = Import a working word document or contact the support team.
Error – 610 Cannot add document to Casedo error
MEANING = Cannot add a PDF or word into the deskspace.
SOLUTION = Make sure there is no error in that document and try uploading it again or simply contact the support team.
Error – 611 File match (not the same file) error
MEANING = The casefile Casedo is looking for, does not match the file on the system that it can open.
SOLUTION = Try locating the file, or contact the support team.
Error – 612 Export error
MEANING = Failed to export the Casefile, as it was too big, or there was an error.
SOLUTION = try reducing the size, refresh Casedo and try again, or simply contact the support team.
