If at any point you no longer want to continue with your current subscription and want to change it from either monthly to yearly, or vice versa, you can do it manually through your subscription email.

 

To do this you must have your subscription receipt email ready. This email would have been sent to you when you first subscribed to Casedo. If you can’t find the receipt, you need to email support and we can email you a new receipt.

 

To do this simply:

 

1. Scroll through to the very bottom of the email, until you can locate the ‘Manage Membership’ link.

 

 

This will take you to the page where you can change you membership details. This includes changing your preferred email, card details and your subscription, as shown below.

 

 

N.B. As we take privacy and confidentiality very seriously, we do NOT hold payment card details, they are stored and controlled by Gumroad. You can find out more about their privacy policy HERE.

 

2. To change your subscription, click on the ‘Monthly’ or the ‘Yearly’ option located at the top right hand corner. If you had ‘Monthly’ you can simply choose ‘Yearly’ and vice versa.

 

 

3. Now simply click on ‘Update Membership’ and your preferences will now change and be reflected to us.
