Why won’t my Word Document import properly?

Casedo does not yet recognise Word Documents with Track Changes. When attempting to import such documents, Casedo will either show an error or import the original unchanged documents. Make sure all of the tracked changes are removed or turned off in Word before the documents are importeed into Casedo.
