Troubleshooting casefiles

Sometimes casefiles may be unopenable. This issue could be due to many factors. One thing worth trying would be to try and import the problematic casefile into a new casefile. This solution frequently works but not always.

You can do this in 3 simple steps:

1. Click on ‘File’ in your menu bar and select ‘New Case’.

2. Rename the new casefile.

3. Locate the troubleshooting casefile and import it.

3. You should now be able to find that casefile in your Desk Space.
