Rename files, folders and tables of contents

To rename files, folders and tables of contents, just

1. double-click on the file in the Index
2. type in the new name, and
3. hit Enter/Return on your keyboard

The follow screenshots illustrate how to do this with filenames, however the process is the same for folders and tables of contents.

Rename bookmarks

To rename bookmarks you have to click on the bookmarks in the files themselves, you cannot rename them in the Index.

Otherwise the process is the same, except that you need to navigate to the bookmark first.

1. Navigate to the bookmark in the file
2. double-click on the bookmark
3. type in the new name, and
4. hit Enter/Return on your keyboard
