Importing Bookmarks – Troubleshooting
Casedo v1.2.2 and above is equipped with a new feature that allows you to import pdfs with bookmarks into Casedo.
This new feature does come with a known bug outlined in the release notes. Sometimes certain PDFs can’t be imported into Casedo due to a particular type of bookmark that prevents it being imported.
We are currently working on permanently solving this issue, but to work around the bug for now, simply:
- Open the document in question in Acrobat or a PDF viewer
- Delete all bookmarks
- Import into Casedo as normal
Of course, the downside of this is that you won’t have any bookmarks in your imported pdf. We are working hard to solve this issue.
