A bookmarked PDF won’t import into Casedo.

Sometimes certain PDFs can’t be imported into Casedo due to a particular type of bookmark that prevents it being imported. 

To work around this, simply: 

1. Open the document in question in Acrobat or a PDF viewer
2. Delete all bookmarks
3. Import into Casedo as normal

The downside of this is that you won’t have any bookmarks in your imported PDF.
