Occasionally you’ll scroll through your Casedo casefile and all the pages will be blank. Don’t worry, you haven’t lost any information, it’s simply that Casedo hasn’t rendered the pages, this is easy to fix, here’s how to do it.

When you normally scroll through Casedo, you’ll sometimes notice a small lag before the information on the pages populates. This is expected behaviour as Casedo is rendering all the pages as they hit the viewing window of your screen. If Casedo rendered all the pages beforehand, it would be very slow. Casedo uses browser technology, so it’s unsurprising that this is how browsers work too.

This is usually very easy to fix. First try to move a document to a new place in your casefile, and then move it back. That is the easiest fix. If that still doesn’t work, restart Casedo and try again.

If you want to see how this is done, take a look at the short video below.
