Casedo supports hierarchical folders so that you can organise your documents in folders and sub-folders as shown in the example below.
This is all achieved through our drag and drop feature, which inevitably means that sometimes the dragged documents and folders end up in the wrong place! It can take a little getting used to!
The trick is to indent any dragged item to the right & underneath the target folder, as in the short movie below.
Notice in the film that we are dragging each document to the top of the folder it is being put into, this makes it much easier.
N.B. To put the documents or folders into a specific order using this method, always begin with the folder or document you want to go at the bottom of the folder in question. For an illustration see our support articles.
