4. You will now get confirmation of your ‘purchase’

You will also receive an email from Gumroad and an email from us confirming your new licence key.

Once you have clicked Pay/Get you will see a message confirming payment and will receive an email that includes your license key. If you do not receive an email it could be that you have entered the wrong email address, contact us immediately at support@casedo.com. Please supply your full name, time and date of purchase and which license you purchased.

5. Troubleshooting

There is no space to put a discount code – not all licenses have the option of entering a discount code. If you have a code and there is no space to enter it, you have requested the wrong license. Look back at any emails you have previously been sent and check for links to the relevant license. If you need further help, email us at support@casedo.com.

I’m being charged in US Dollars ($) – We use Gumroad as our payment provider. Gumroad is a US-based company, they always subtotal in US Dollars. However, you will always be charged in Pounds Sterling.

I need a VAT invoice – Gumroad doesn’t automatically generate VAT invoices, but if you need one, it’s very easy to create. Follow the instructions in this article to create one. If you need further help, email us at support@casedo.com.

The discount code isn’t working – discount codes only work with certain licenses. For example, a student discount code will not work with a Casedo Full License. Also, some codes have a limited number of uses, it could be that it has now expired. Look back at any emails you have previously been sent and check for links to the relevant license. If you need further help, email us at support@casedo.com.
