How do I rename Casefiles for the OULS Moots?
Step 7 on the OULS Moots webpage is to submit your Casefile by uploading it.
Before uploading it, you need to rename it in the form Competition.Round.Name.case – so for example GS.Round1A.LouisStripp.case, where GS stands for Gary Slapper.
This can be done in several ways.
Rename the Casefile from within Casedo
You can easily rename the Casefile from within Casedo itself. Simply open your Casefile and, once it is opened, go to the File menu and select Save Case As… from there a dialog box will open and you can rename the casefile as Competition.Round.Name.case.
Rename the Casefile outside Casedo
To do this, you simply need to rename the casefile as you would with any other using your Operating System.
