In the above short introductory video, you’ll be guided through the essential features of the Casedo workspace. We provide a clear walkthrough of the interface, showing you how to organise your documents efficiently using Casedo’s powerful tools.

You’ll see how the workspace is structured, with a single viewing window in the centre, an index on the top left for organising documents, and a desk space where you can import and manage your files. The video demonstrates how you can easily drag documents into the Index, where they become part of a unified, navigable workspace.

We also show you how to make the most of Casedo’s markup capabilities, including adding bookmarks, comments, and creating two-way links between different sections of your documents. You’ll learn how to manipulate pages—whether it’s rotating, deleting, or merging them—making document management simple and flexible.

Other useful features, such as creating a table of contents, using the split and merge functions, and toggling pagination, are also covered in detail. The video wraps up by showing you how to zoom in, zoom out, and export casefiles, helping you get the most out of the Casedo workspace.

When the Index or the Desk Space become overcrowded, or a Viewing Pane isn’t showing you the full document, you can fully maximise use of the Workspace by resizing the Index, Desk Space and Viewing Panes.
