PDFs can be deceptive. Some have many invisible layers that make it difficult for software like Casedo to process. Casedo will notify you if any documents fail to import to make it as convenient as possible for our users.

With Casedo you can simultaneously import multiple documents into your bundle. When multiple documents are imported, Casedo will only ever ask you once to import them with their bookmarks, and not separately about individual documents.

Casedo does not yet recognise Word Documents with Track Changes. When attempting to import such documents, Casedo will either show an error or import the original unchanged documents. Make sure all of the tracked changes are removed or turned off in Word before the documents are importeed into Casedo.

Apart from importing Word documents and PDF, you can also import .eml and .msg emails into your Casedo bundle. Casedo will also import any PDF and Docx attachments to that email in separate files. Any .eml and .msg attachments will be imported recursively.

As opposed to exporting you pdf with all your bookmarks, casedo now also enables you to import your bookmarked pdfs from outside sources.

You can import any PDF or Word Documents into your Casedo file. To import documents just press on the 'Import File' on the deskspace as shown.
