# 4/12 Building your index

You can also build your index in the index bar to easily navigate your way through your documents.   The bundle index is where you organise, annotate and link the documents in your case.

To do this you need to firstly upload your chosen files and folder. This will appear in the DeskSpace. Then drag any files and folders from the Desk Space into the bundle index as shown above.

You can re-organise them as you wish, put them back into the Desk Space, and delete any of the chosen ones.
